Dr Bose became the owner of the practice in 2011. Manish qualified as a dentist from Manchester University in 1996 and he worked as a general dentist for a few years. He then worked as a Senior House officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for 3 years during which period he passed his Diploma with the Royal College of Surgeons which then offered him the opportunity to commence on a 3 year Specialist training program in Periodontology at University College London/Eastman Dental Institute. He passed with a distinction and became an accredited member of the European Federation of Periodontology. He also passed the Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) with the Royal College of Surgeons England, which entitled him to be on the Specialist Register with the General Dental council.
He then worked as fulltime lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at Bristol Dental Hospital. He now devotes his time between his own Specialist private practice and teaching commitments. He has also been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate training, as well as lecturing both nationally and internationally on his Speciality.

After graduating from the University of Valencia (Spain) in 2008, Cesar started practising general private dentistry where he found his life's true vocation, Endodontics. He went on to obtain his Masters in Endodontics in 2010 at the same university. Since then, Cesar has been working in private practice Limited to Endodontics.
In 2011 he decided to move to London. He works in several private practices where he focuses on the treatment of complex root canal treatments. His aim is to always to try to save the tooth by providing the best quality root canal treatment possible under correct conditions and with the best materials available. He has a vast experience in immature apexes, perforations and curved canals.
Cesar is also very interested in research and has published in the Journal of Endodontics (JOE). He is an active member of the British Endodontic Society (BES), European Society of Endodontology (ESE) and the Spanish Endodontic Society (AEDE).
He has attended numerous national and international congresses about Endodontics and postgraduate courses to maintain his awareness in every part of dentistry.

Dr Cholia has full specialist registration in Orthodontics with the General Dental Council and is a member of the British and European Orthodontic Society.
He qualified as a dentist at Guy's Hospital, University of London, now part of GKT Dental Institute, in 2002, achieving an honours degree. Following this he completed three years of general professional training in different dental specialties including Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Dental Radiography and Radiology, Special Care and Sedation, Community Dentistry and Restorative Dentistry. His continual desire and passion to achieve perfection in all aspects of his work resulted in him being awarded thirteen distinctions, seven clinical prizes and four scholarships as part of this training.
Dr Cholia subsequently undertook specialist training in Orthodontics at the world leading centre for post-graduate training, the Eastman Dental Institute. During his specialist training, he obtained a distinction in the Master of Science in Orthodontics examination and was invited to present his research at conferences and meetings, both nationally and internationally. His research has been based on three-dimensional facial imaging and facial aesthetics. He has his work published in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Dr Cholia has since been awarded the Membership in Orthodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons, England.
Dr Cholia is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and English and has a keen interest in voluntary dentistry and has performed charitable work in a number of regions in India. Dr Cholia provides the latest Invisible brace systems, including Lingual braces (Incognito) and Clear aligners (Invisalign), and low friction brace options such as Damon Clear and 6-month smile braces. He is also certified in the use of Micro-screws for additional support when teeth have been previously moved or suffered from gum disease and has completed several complex interdisciplinary cases with Dr Manish Bose.

Dr Eial Makori qualified from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa in 1997. Eial, or 'Max' as he's commonly known, has been working as a private cosmetic Dentist for over 10 years, and is very well respected. Dr. Yvonna Szyszko is a GDC recognised specialist in oral surgery at Ikon Dental Suite. Yvonna qualified at Guy's Hospital in 1996. Since then she has worked in hospital oral and maxillofacial surgery departments in England and also as a lecturer in oral surgery and anatomy demonstrator at the University of Sydney. She is involved in training of dental core trainees and clinical teaching.
She is involved in examining at the Royal College of Surgeons in oral surgery and the overseas registration exam.
Yvonna completed her MSc in Implant Dentistry at the University of Warwick in 2011. Her specialist project was on pain management following implant placement.
Yvonna undertakes all aspects of oral surgery including wisdom tooth extractions, non urgent biopsies, implant placement and sinus lifts with bone grafting. She also performs anti wrinkle treatments and collagen injections, as well as providing mandibular advancement devices for snoring and sleep apnoea.

He then undertook further specialist training at King’s College London. She recently completed training in airflow technology in periodontal and implant maintenance. Pam has worked in specialist and periodontal implant practices for 15 years and takes a holistic approach to her patients, ensuring the best care.
Pam has a son and a daughter, both in their twenties Pia is studying medicine and in her final year and Max is a personal trainer.

Rajvi qualified from King’s College London in 2013 before completing vocational training and a Senior House Officer post in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. During this time, she also completed the membership exam for the Royal College of Surgeons, England (MJDF RCS Eng).
Rajvi completed a postgraduate Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry of Periodontology at Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, and qualified as a specialist periodontist in 2020. Her practice includes treatment of advanced cases of gum disease, surgeries such as those to treat gum recession and implant therapy including the treatment of peri-implant diseases. Rajvi is committed to providing the highest standard of care in order to ensure the best outcomes for her patients.

Ellie qualified as a dental nurse in 2013 and has been part of our team since 2019, after she relocated to London from the West Coast of Ireland. Ellie is passionate about her career and strives to make sure our patients are as comfortable and relaxed as possible before, during and after treatment. She has experience in many areas of dentistry and a special interest in surgical procedures.

Alina has been working at our practice for 5 years. She started as a trainee dental nurse and got qualified as a dental nurse in 2015. She got her x-ray qualification and the CBCT interpretation course in 2016.
Alina then developed a special interest in the dental implant field, so she decided to register for the NEBDN Implant Course which was the first to take place in the UK and she successfully passed her exams and got her diploma.
As the practice invests in the latest dental technology Alina was then able to combine her IT skills and surgical knowledge into the Implant Digital Planning Software and she is now working along-side Dr Manish Bose to provide an accurate, safe and more pleasant treatment journey for the patients.
She loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her 3-year-old nephew, reading and always trying to keep up with the latest updates in both Dental technology but the marketing side of things as well.

Anca has been working at Ikon Dental Suite for 4 years now and along the way she is proud to say that she has learned a lot of new things.
I love what I do and I strongly believe that this is one of the most important things in being a patient care coordinator. I always put myself in our patients place and I try my best in providing them with the best care possible from both myself but also the excellent care of our clinicians. The practice always invests in both the latest technology but also the training of myself and my colleagues which encourages me even more in providing a 5 star dental service.
